At Metra Pet Services, we care for pets like family. Now proudly based in Motherwell, we provide reliable and affordable dog grooming, dog walking, pet visits, and pet sitting – all tailored to your pet’s unique needs.

My name is Amy, and animals have always been my biggest passion. I originally moved to England to study Biomedical Science at university, but I soon realised my true calling was working hands-on with pets. That’s when I decided to follow my heart and set up Metra Pet Services.

Since then, I’ve completed my City & Guilds Level 2 Dog Grooming qualification and I’m excited to continue my training with Level 3 in the near future. Alongside grooming, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and many other pets, so I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry family members.

I also share my home with two much-loved dogs and a cat, who remind me every day why pets deserve the very best care. They’re the heart of my journey with animals and the inspiration behind my business.
